General
What do I need to rent a truck? In order to rent one of our trucks we will ask for a valid drivers license, a cash deposit or credit card deposit of $200.
What are your rental rates? We have simplified our rates, it's only $19.99 for the day plus $.59/mile, there are no hidden charges or fees when you rent from us.
Can I drop the truck off in a different city or state? Unfortunately, we offer only local rentals as of right now.
Where are your trucks located? Depending on the city you are looking to rent a truck it will vary. Please email us at truck@dorm2dorm.com or give us a call at 866.628.5659, we would be more than happy to help.
How long can I keep the truck? As long as we have availability we can rent as short as an hour, a day, or even as long as a month. |

Scheduling
How can I schedule or check availability of your truck? If you would like to check the availability of our truck please email your contact information and location to truck@dorm2dorm.com. We'll either send you an email or give you a call shortly after. If you would like a more immediate response please give us a call at 866.628.5659.
Is there a way to reserve your truck in advance? Of course, reservations are highly recommended. |

Payment
How can I pay for my truck rental? We accept all major forms of payment, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this point we are, unfortunately, unable to accept personal checks for our rentals.
If I use a credit card how will it show up on my statement? If you pay using a credit card "Dorm2Dorm Inc." will show up as the merchant. |

Pick-Up
Do you require a deposit? Yes, a deposit of $200 is required on each rental. Once the truck is returned you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
What time can I pick up my truck? Depending on our schedule, just give us a call 866.628.5659 we are usually pretty flexible with the pick-up times, if you need it really early in the morning or late in the evening we can usually accommodate those requests. |

Drop-Off
When do I have to drop off my truck? We have no set time of drop-off. If you are extending our contract please contact us immediately to double check that truck is not already rented for the extension period.
What if I drop off the truck after business hours? We will ask that you note the mileage, gas level, and any out of the ordinary circumstances. At that point please lock the keys in the truck leaving them below the cup holders. |

Insurance
How much is your insurance coverage? We offer a full coverage for a flat fee of $12.95/day. In the event repairs are needed and insurance has been requested a deductible of $250 will be charged to the renter for the damages sustained.
Do you recommend insurance? Yes, we highly recommend insurance just in case accidents happen. They would be called something else if we planned them. It's like adding piece of mind to your move, saves a lot of hassle if something happens.
If I choose your insurance, is there a deductible? Yes, our insurance comes with a $250 deductible for any repairs required.
