At Dorm2Dorm, we have tried to simplify the process of storage as much as possible. However, in order to keep our fees as low as possible for our typical summer storage clients these fees have been created for those individuals requiring a little extra attention.

Insurance Coverage

$.50/month per $100
|
| Insurance coverage is strongly suggested. Although we take great care with all items, accidents do happen. Typically customers choose to insure each of their items at least to $100. If you would like more insurance please ask at anytime. |

Off Campus Delivery/Pick Up
|

|
| An off campus Pick Up/Delivery occurs when it takes place out of the college area. In some instances "off campus" is not a well - defined area. It is up to the discretion of the School Manager or Owner as to what is "on campus" or "off campus". One requirement is that the criterion is consistent and every customer outside of X miles is considered "off campus." |

Out of Window Delivery

Any delivery falling outside of either the early, standard, or late windows will be subject to this out - of - window fee.
The standard delivery window will include the first day of class at a given school, the three days prior to the first day of class, and the weekend before the first day of class. Also included will be an early delivery day, which will take place during the weekend before the standard delivery window. This day may either fall on a Saturday or Sunday, subject to the discretion of D2D. Lastly, there will be a late delivery day, which will take place on the weekend after the standard delivery window. Again, this day may either be a Saturday or Sunday, subject to the discretion of D2D. |

Overweight Boxes

50% Surcharge
|
| A surcharge of 50% will be added to any sized box weighing over 50lbs. If you are unsure about the weight of a box, we recommend using a second one just to be on the safe side to avoid this fee. |

Repackaging
|
|
$25.00/hour
|
| Any client that requires Dorm2Dorm to finish packing or entirely re - pack any one, or some, of their items will be subject to this fee.
Instead of a delivery, a customer may request we ship their items to a new location. If their items require any re - packing with this new shipping request, then this fee will also apply. |

Warehouse Pick Up

|
| In the event a client wishes to pick up or visit their items from/in our warehouse this fee will apply to each instance. |

| |
Cancellation Policy
A fee of $50 will be charged in the event a customer wants to cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled pick up window. In the event a customer gives proper cancellation notice 24 hours prior to their schedule pick up window via. email or phone no charges will be assessed. |
