What Dorm2Dorm provides

General
Do I have to be there when you're cleaning? Nope not at all, however, we will ask you to let us into your room at the start of the cleaning. We will confirm an estimated time of our arrival during your scheduling.

How does it work?
1) You sign - up
2) Our site cleaning team will give you a call to confirm your date & time
3) We'll arrive at your dorm or apartment to clean

Do I need to provide the supplies or do you do that? We will be providing all the typical equipment and supplies needed for a complete cleaning.

Do I have to worry about insurance? Nope, our partners cover that.

Do you service apartments off campus? Absolutely, we love off campus residences.

Do you just service just college students? Nope, we will service anyone needing a through cleaning in the area.
 
 
Scheduling
How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment? We will usually ask for at least a 24hr - advanced notice of any cleaning services. Once you sign - up, we'll forward your information to our onsite team. Once they have your info they will contact you directly to finalize a time that works for both you and them.

Is there a way I can contact the onsite team directly? Unfortunately, we will ask you to first fill out our online sign - up form prior to any cleaning services. Our corporate office needs your contact info for safety and security.
 
 
Payment
How much do you charge? If you would like to get a unique estimate please email us at info@dorm2dorm.com.

When am I charged? Once your cleaning service has been completed, we will ask for payment at that time.

How can I pay? We currently accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cash or checks.

Is it customary to leave a gratuity? If you have received excellent customer service and are satisfied with the results it is customary to tip 10% to 20% to your cleaning crew.

What if I miss my appointment? On our scheduling page we have included a field allowing a new customer to reference an individual who referred them to our cleaning service. If you know of someone interested just be sure they leave your information and you will receive a discount of 5% on any one - time cleaning.
