| Objective - To provide the highest level of customer service while performing tasks assigned by his or her School Manager & Team Leader. Team members will also be responsible for the safe transport of customers' items through the storage process. |

| Job Description - A typical day will consist of helping the School Manager or Team Leader with loading and unloading the truck with the customer's items, and moving them to the storage facility. |

| Tasks - Team members will be asked to perform various tasks such as preliminary marketing, customer service, moving customers, labeling items, knowing and doing loading and unloading procedures, storing, and driving trucks. |

| Hours - A team member is a part time position that requires on call hours depending on demand at a given school. Team members will be paid for the hours they work; however due to the unpredictable market, you may not have a set schedule. Your hours may range from three to eight+ per day depending on the number of customers being serviced. |

Qualifications
- Must be able to easily lift over 70lbs.
- Valid drivers license

| Compenstation - Pay is based on an hourly rate, usually ranging from $8/hr to $15/hr, including tips. Over forty hours worked in a week will constitute overtime, which is paid on a time and a half basis. Depending on the level of customer service provided, the team members will pool the tips that are received from customers. |
