| Bonus structure for a typical school |
| |
 |
| |
Oftentimes, bonuses outweigh the typical hourly salary that a school manager is poised to earn. We have designed our bonus structure to be a direct link to the performance of our managers.
Mainly two factors weight into the size of the bonus check at the end of the season:
1) Number of customers serviced (ON TIME)
2) Customer service provided by the on - site team

How do you calculate my bonus?
We multiply the number of STORAGE clients serviced by multiplier of four. Each client that you generate we will pay you $4 per client into your bonus pool.
EXAMPLE:
Number of Clients Serviced: 200
Multiplier: $4
Total In Your Bonus Pool: $800
The second portion of the bonus will either multiply or divide from the Total In Your Bonus Pool.
We collect surveys at the end of the season in the form of Mail - In - Rebates. Each client is asked a series of questions, such as overall value, customer service provided, promptness, etc.

As you can see from the above table, your bonus is directly tied to the feedback we generate from those mail - in - rebate surveys.
- Exceptional performance: you will DOUBLE your bonus.
- Satisfactory performance: you will retain your original bonus
- Less than average performance: you will forfeit your bonus.
