We are offering an ownership program for highly motivated and driven individuals. It becomes a joint venture, similar to that of a franchise system, but without the high start-up costs of a true franchise.
In the past, the most profitable schools have been those with a dense population of out-of-state students. Typically, private schools with a high tuition, abundance of on campus residence, and an urban setting yield the best results.
Revenue will be split between Dorm2Dorm Inc. and the site owner based on a pre-arranged contract. For example: In a 50-50 split, for every one hundred dollars in revenue generated at your site, Dorm2Dorm Inc. would receive $50, while the owner would keep the remaining $50. Tasks will be divided between the corporate office located in San Diego, CA, and the owner of the site. The corporate office will pay for all corporate expenses, while the site owner pays costs directly associated with that site.
