One of the largest obstacles a potential owner would face is start-up capital. We estimate start-up costs may range from 2k to 5k depending on the size of the location. Clearly for a larger school, a larger marketing budget will be needed to reach a higher number of customers. To overcome this potential issue, we are offering a loan program to applicants who qualify and lack the start-up capital required.

We have provided an example of a school that has utilized our services in the past that includes a detailed breakdown of what to anticipate as an owner. We have outlined the estimated revenue numbers along with corresponding expenses each Dorm2Dorm Inc. & Owner, will incur.
Similar to a Franchise System we will be splitting the revenue based upon an agreed percentage. However, Dorm2Dorm will be providing much more support to our owners than franchisors typically offer to their franchisees.
