Please follow these three easy steps in order to receive your early rebate check:
1. Fill out the front of your Storage Mail - In - Rebate
2. Include a printout of any of your Customer Sales Receipts (which we have emailed you)
3. Mail a printed copy of your Sales Receipt and completed Storage Mail - In - Rebate to:

Also, remember this offer expires 30 days after your delivery if items. So be sure to mail it in promptly after your drop - off.

If you are using a non - Dorm2Dorm box, these labels should be used in order to ensure your items are labeled with the needed information. Fill out the label completely and attach it to the SIDE of your box. You do not need to print these labels on special paper, you can simply print them on letter paper and attach them using reliable tape.
Miscellaneous Item Label: DOWNLOAD (PDF)
For every miscellaneous item component, we ask you to print our miscellaneous item labels in order to ensure the proper information is affixed to each item. Please fill out the label completely and attach it to each component of every miscellaneous item you will be storing. Take special caution when attaching you labels to items such as: couches, beds, and other flexible items, as tape does not stick well under these conditions.
Shipping Label: DOWNLOAD (PDF)
All boxes or items being shipped need to be labeled properly, please use this label when mailing your items. It should be affixed to the top of the box or item securely. Fill out the label completely and attach it to the top of your item. You do not need to print these labels on special paper, you can simply print them on letter paper and attach them using reliable tape. |
